Hey everyone! I’m Mark from Yeaplink’s product team, and I’m super excited to share something that’s been revolutionizing industrial connectivity. In my five years at Yeaplink, I’ve seen countless customers struggle with complex router setups. That’s why we created something different.Today, I’m thrilled to introduce our game-changing industrial cellular routers that combine simplicity with outstanding performance.Let me walk you through our SR500 4G and SR800 Industrial 5g Routers – they’re changing how we think about industrial connectivity.
Let me start with our SR500 4G industrial cellular router – it’s like the Swiss Army knife of industrial connectivity.I remember when we first launched it, customers couldn’t believe how simple it was to set up.Here’s what makes the SR500 special:
One-Touch Activation
Smart Network Configuration
Unbeatable Value
Reliable Performance
Industrial-Grade Design
Now, let me introduce you to our flagship product – the SR800 5G router. It’s like the SR500’s older sibling who went to tech college!5G Excellence
Smart Management
Versatile Connectivity
Advanced Antenna System
Premium Performance
As someone who’s helped hundreds of customers deploy these routers, here’s my tried-and-tested setup guide:
Initial Setup
Network Configuration
Monitoring and Management
I’ve seen our routers transform operations across various industries:Manufacturing
Smart Agriculture
Transportation
In my years at Yeaplink, I’ve seen what makes us different:Customer-First Approach
Value Proposition
The industrial IoT landscape is evolving rapidly, and we’re proud to be at the forefront. Our commitment to combining simplicity with performance continues to drive innovation at Yeaplink.Whether you’re upgrading existing infrastructure or starting fresh, our SR500 and SR800 routers are ready to meet your needs.Feel free to reach out to me or our team – we’re always happy to help you find the perfect solution for your industrial connectivity needs!Remember, in today’s fast-paced in
The SR800 implements both 5G SA (Standalone) and NSA (Non-Standalone) architectures through dedicated baseband processors. SA mode enables ultra-low latency (sub-5ms) and network slicing capabilities, while NSA provides backward compatibility with 4G infrastructure. This dual-mode design ensures optimal performance across various industrial scenarios.
Industrial MIMO systems utilize advanced spatial diversity with 4×4 or 8×8 configurations. They implement industrial-grade RF components with -40°C to +85°C operating range. The antenna design incorporates electromagnetic interference (EMI) shielding and specialized ground planes for optimal performance in harsh industrial environments.
The SR500 implements dual SIM architecture with proprietary failover algorithms. It continuously monitors connection quality metrics (signal strength, latency, packet loss) and switches to backup SIM within 30 seconds of primary connection failure. The system maintains session persistence through intelligent connection state management.
Our routers incorporate multi-layer security: hardware-based encryption module, IPSec VPN with AES-256 encryption, custom firewall with deep packet inspection, and secure boot mechanism. They also feature industrial protocol filtering and MAC address binding for enhanced OT security.
Industrial routers implement dual DC power inputs (9-36V) with automatic power source switching. They feature isolated power circuits with surge protection up to 6kV, EMC protection circuits, and reverse polarity protection. The power management system includes real-time monitoring and alerting capabilities.
A vehicle gateway serves as the central nervous system of modern vehicles, managing data flow between various electronic systems. This technology acts as a crucial bridge between different vehicular networks and control units.
